Welcome to the Ultimate Transformation Giveaway hosted by Slimming Grace Academy (Danni Owens, FNP-BC) and Body Sculpting by Lynn (Lynn Dion). By entering this giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of [insert applicable region, e.g., Arizona].

  • One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will not increase chances of winning.

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Slimming Grace Academy or Body Sculpting by Lynn are not eligible.

2. No Purchase Necessary

  • Entry into this giveaway is 100% free.

  • Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Prize Details

  • One winner will receive:

    • One month of GLP-1 therapy at the starting dose: choice of Semaglutide 10 units weekly for 4 weeks OR Tirzepatide 2.5 mg weekly for 4 weeks.

    • One complimentary “The Works” Body Sculpting session provided by Lynn Dion of Body Sculpting by Lynn.

  • Medication portion of the prize requires medical eligibility. The winner must complete a health assessment with a licensed provider to ensure safety. If the winner is medically ineligible for GLP-1 therapy, this portion of the prize is forfeited without substitution.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • Winner will be notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner will be selected.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that participation in GLP-1 therapy and body sculpting services involves certain health risks.

  • The winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Slimming Grace Academy, Body Sculpting by Lynn, Danni Owens, FNP-BC, and Lynn Dion from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or use of the prize.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

  • By entering, you consent to receive email communications from Slimming Grace Academy and Body Sculpting by Lynn. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of this promotion.

7. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

8. Changes or Cancellation

  • Slimming Grace Academy and Body Sculpting by Lynn reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if it is not capable of running as planned.
